Sorbailee didn’t begin with a mission – it began with curiosity. In 2018, we wondered whether it was possible to create premium dairy-free gelato that was every bit as rich, satisfying, and memorable as traditional gelato.
For nearly a decade, Chef Russ immersed himself in experimentation, research, and professional training to master the art of crafting exceptional dairy-free gelato. He then blended that expertise with his Southern roots to create Sorbailee – a premium dairy-free gelato brand designed to create a more inclusive dessert experience.
