Welcome to Sorbailee’s Tier 1 Employer Partnership! Submitting this registration means you have have read, understood, and agree to Sorbailee’s Terms and Policies, and the additional terms below.

As a Tier 1 Employer Partner you agree to:

– Share Sorbailee promotional flyers – digitally and physically, with employees.
– Provide employees with one (1) 45-minute break to attend a free Sorbailee tasting event, for which you will schedule a date within 60 days of this registration. During the event the Sorbailee team will have time to discuss the product and accept orders.
– Allow us to deliver your employee’s Sorbailee orders to your office for the employee(s) to pick up each month.
– Provide a safe, convenient, and accessible place for your employees to pick up their Sorbailee orders in your office.
– Ensure there will be a staff member available to receive all orders.
– Handle Sorbailee deliveries with care, as order bags/boxes will include perishable dairy-free gelato/sorbetto and hazardous dry ice.
– Take full responsibility for Sorbailee orders once it is has been delivered to your office.

In submitting this registration, you also understand and agree as follows:

– You are an authorized representative of the organization and have the authority to sign this legally binding agreement.
– Tier 1 Employer Partnerships are provided at no cost to the employer and for the benefit of their employees.
– Employer must only use Sorbailee approved promotional correspondence when communicating the benefits and offerings of Sorbailee.

As a Tier 2 Business Class Member you agree to:

– Submit order request via your member portal.
– Share Sorbailee promotional flyers – digitally and physically, with employees.
– Provide employees with one (1) 45-minute break to attend a free Sorbailee tasting event, for which you will schedule a date within 60 days of this registration. During the event the Sorbailee team will have time to discuss the product and accept orders.
– Allow us to deliver your employee’s Sorbailee orders to your office for the employee(s) to pick up each month.
– Provide a safe, convenient, and accessible place for your employees to pick up their Sorbailee orders in your office.
– Ensure there will be a staff member available to receive all orders.
– Handle Sorbailee deliveries with care, as order bags/boxes will include perishable dairy-free gelato/sorbetto and hazardous dry ice.
– Take full responsibility for Sorbailee orders once it is has been delivered to your office.

In submitting this registration, you also understand and agree as follows:

– You are an authorized representative of the organization and have the authority to sign this legally binding agreement.
– Your monthly Sorbailee order will be purchased separately from this registration and from within your member portal.
– You may upgrade or downgrade your relationship with Sorbailee at any time.
– Employer must only use Sorbailee approved promotional correspondence when communicating the benefits and offerings of Sorbailee.
